REFUND POLICY AND REIMBURSEMENT TERMS
As Verunix Sunucu Ve Web Çözümleri ("VERUNIX"), we place customer satisfaction at the core of the internet, server and infrastructure services we provide. Because infrastructure resources are activated instantly in a digital environment and involve third-party licensing and allocation costs, our refund processes are carried out in accordance with the objective rules set out below.

The products and services listed below are STRICTLY EXCLUDED FROM REFUNDS due to instant allocation with third-party registries, irreversible license key generation, and hardware/IP costs reserved specifically in your name:

- Software Licenses: Licenses sourced from third-party vendors such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Plesk, Windows Server, DirectAdmin, etc.
- SSL Certificates: Digital security certificates issued specifically for a domain name and validated by certificate authorities.
- Dedicated (Physical) Servers: Physical hardware, rack space, power and additional IP reservations allocated exclusively to the customer in the data center.
- Custom Services: Web design, custom software development, system administration and one-time technical support interventions.
- Service Extension (Renewal) Payments: Subsequent monthly/yearly renewal payments made for existing, actively used services.
Only Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting and VDS / VPS Virtual Server plans may be the subject of a refund request within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase date.
- Refund credit added to your Client Area balance does not expire; it has no expiration date.
- The credited amount can be used to purchase or renew new hosting, virtual servers, business email or any other services offered by Verunix.
- Client Area credits cannot be converted into cash, transferred to a bank account by bank transfer (Havale/EFT) or requested as a cash refund to a credit card.
No refund will be issued and no credit will be granted under any circumstances to users who act in violation of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) (i.e., whose accounts are suspended or closed for reasons such as SPAM, DDoS/DoS, botnets, brute-force, phishing, copyright infringement, etc.). Terms of Service
SERVICE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE
This Service Agreement is entered into between Verunix Sunucu Ve Web Çözümleri (Mersin Istiklal Tax Office 2700736577, hereinafter referred to as "VERUNIX"), located at 2357. Sokak Akkent Mah. Onuk Plaza Daire 9 Yenişehir / Mersin, and the individual or legal entity that registers, places an order and receives services through the verunix.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER").
Once the Customer opens an account, creates an order and makes a payment through the website, all articles of this agreement are deemed to have entered into force between the parties.
This agreement governs the terms of provision, use, billing and termination of the Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VDS / VPS Virtual Server, Dedicated (Physical) Server, Server Colocation, Domain Name Registration and Transfer, SSL Certificate, IP address leasing and related internet infrastructure services provided by VERUNIX.
- Automatic Activation: Web hosting, reseller hosting and virtual server (VDS) orders are activated through automation immediately after payment confirmation, or within 24 hours at the latest, and the access details are sent to the Customer.
- Physical Hardware: Dedicated server and server colocation services are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on hardware preparation and line allocation processes.

Operating system settings within the server, software updates, database management and website optimizations are entirely the Customer's responsibility. VERUNIX is obligated to guarantee the continuity of the core hardware and network.
The Customer may not use the VERUNIX infrastructure to engage in activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Turkey, international law or internet ethics. As soon as any of the following content or activities is detected, VERUNIX has the right to suspend the service immediately and without notice, delete the data and terminate the agreement:
- SPAM and Unsolicited Email: Bulk marketing, sending unsolicited emails and renting out email lists are strictly prohibited.
- Cyber Attacks and Malware: Hosting or distributing DoS, DDoS, botnet control, IP spoofing, port scanning or brute-force software, trojans, keyloggers and ransomware.
- Phishing: Attempts to steal data by creating fake bank, government agency, e-commerce or social media login pages.
- Copyright Infringement: Unlicensed software (warez, cracks), pirated digital content, pirated music/movie streams.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Any mining activity that locks up shared or virtual server processors.
- Illegal Content: Gambling/betting, terrorist propaganda, incitement to violence and child abuse (in cases of child abuse, a criminal complaint is immediately filed with the judicial authorities).
Shared web hosting accounts may be used only to host website files; they may not be used for personal data storage, archiving, external backup space or as a file download server. Sites on shared servers that continuously consume excessive CPU, RAM or Disk I/O and degrade the performance of neighboring accounts may be warned or temporarily suspended.
All hosting and server services offered at the Turkey location include 20 TB (20.000 GB) of free monthly traffic. Bandwidth is calculated using the industry-standard PERC95 (95th Percentile) method.
On shared hosting accounts, files larger than 10 MB are periodically detected by our automated control tool and deleted automatically. The shared hosting infrastructure may not be used as a media archive, video storage, backup file storage or large data repository. For solutions not subject to this restriction, our VDS or Dedicated Server services should be used.
For Customers who forget the administrator (root/administrator) password of a VDS or Physical Server service and request a password reset, VERUNIX may charge a password recovery (cracking) fee depending on the technical intervention required. This fee is communicated to the Customer before the intervention, and no action is taken without the Customer's approval.
Regularly backing up the data of websites, databases and files hosted on the servers is entirely the Customer's responsibility. The automatic backup systems offered by VERUNIX are merely an operational convenience and carry no guarantee. VERUNIX cannot be held liable for data loss that may result from hardware failures, disk crashes or user-caused deletions. The Customer is advised, and required, to take regular external backups.
VERUNIX aims to provide 99.9% annual uptime for its data center hardware and backbone network infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance carried out to strengthen the network infrastructure is announced at least 24 hours in advance by email or through the Client Area, and such periods are not considered SLA downtime.
- The Customer is obligated to pay the invoice before the due date to ensure the continuity of an expiring service.
- Services with unpaid invoices are automatically suspended within hours after the due date.
- Services for which payment is not made within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the suspension date are irreversibly deleted (Terminated) from the servers for data security and resource optimization. The Customer is solely responsible for any data loss in deleted services.
The provisions of the VERUNIX Refund Policy apply to refunds. Provided the request is made within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase date, 75% of the amount charged for services, EXCLUDING domain names, software licenses, SSL certificates and dedicated servers, is refunded to the Client Area as CREDIT (a 25% operational allocation deduction applies).
The licensing and delivery principles for Microsoft Windows operating systems installed on VDS, VPS and Dedicated (Physical) server services provided by VERUNIX are set out below:
- Unlicensed Delivery Principle: All Windows Server and Windows Desktop (Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.) operating system versions installed on servers are delivered unlicensed.
- Windows Server 180-Day Edition: Only Windows Server operating systems are delivered pre-installed with the official 180-day evaluation period provided by Microsoft. This evaluation period does not apply to Windows Desktop editions.
- License Procurement Responsibility: Obtaining and activating a legal license key for the operating system used on the server, and using it in compliance with licensing regulations, are entirely the Customer's responsibility. All legal, administrative and financial liability arising from unlicensed use or use beyond the license period rests with the Customer.
Keeping the IP addresses allocated to the Customer clean and reputable is essential. If an allocated IP address is added to international blacklists (RBL systems such as Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, etc.) as a result of the Customer's activities through their server (sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, port scanning, brute-force or cyber attack attempts, etc.):
- VERUNIX has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the relevant server or IP address in order to protect the overall network reputation and the service continuity of other customers.
- An IP Change / Delisting Fee is invoiced to the Customer for the operational costs arising from blacklist removal procedures or from allocating a new clean IP address at the Customer's request.
- In cases of deliberate and persistent spam activity, VERUNIX reserves the right to terminate the service immediately; in this case, no refund is issued.
The following procedure applies to complaints and infringement notices received by VERUNIX, which operates as a Hosting Provider under Law No. 5651 and related legislation, from official authorities (BTK, USOM, the General Directorate of Security, Courts and Public Prosecutors' Offices) or from rights holders (copyright, trademark rights, trademark counterfeiting, etc.):
- The complaint is forwarded to the Customer via the email address registered in the system or through a Client Area support ticket.
- The Customer is obligated to resolve the reported abuse / infringement, take the necessary corrective action and provide written confirmation to VERUNIX within 24 hours at the latest (12 hours at the latest in urgent cases of phishing and cyber attacks).
- Services that are not responded to, or whose infringement is not resolved, within the given time are suspended immediately by VERUNIX for system security and legal compliance. In cases involving serious cybercrime (child abuse, acts of terrorism, attacks on critical infrastructure, etc.), the service is shut down without any prior notice and all server logs are handed over to the judicial authorities.
The Customer accepts and undertakes not to file an unjustified dispute (chargeback) with the bank or payment intermediary for payments made by credit card or debit card after having received the service in full:
- If the Customer initiates a payment dispute without reaching an agreement with VERUNIX and without the legal refund conditions being met, all of the Customer's active services (hosting, VDS, dedicated servers, etc.) are suspended immediately and access to the Client Area is locked.
- Chargeback penalty fees, administrative processing costs and outstanding balance debts charged to VERUNIX by the bank or payment institution are recovered from the Customer. VERUNIX reserves the right to initiate legal enforcement proceedings and file a claim for damages against the Customer to recover any direct and indirect losses incurred.
The scope and limits of the technical support services provided by VERUNIX are set out below:
- Infrastructure and Hardware Support: Our support team provides uninterrupted service limited to data center hardware, network and backbone availability, cooling, server power-on/reboot and basic control panel access issues.
- Topics Outside the Scope of Support: Content management systems used on the Customer's websites (WordPress, OpenCart, etc.), themes, plugins, PHP/HTML coding errors, SQL queries, bot and game server software, and any third-party external scripts are outside the scope of technical support. VERUNIX cannot be held obligated to write custom code, edit scripts, resolve post-migration script incompatibilities or provide software consulting on behalf of the Customer.
Domain name registration, transfer and renewal transactions are carried out through authorized international registries (ICANN, TRABIS and registry operators):
- For a domain name to be registered, the order amount must be paid in full and the domain name must be free/available at the registry operator. VERUNIX cannot be held liable if a domain name that appeared available at the time of order cannot be allocated due to operator delays or a simultaneous external registration (in this case, the amount paid is refunded).
- Renewing the domain name before it expires and keeping track of invoices are entirely the Customer's responsibility. VERUNIX is not liable for any financial, non-pecuniary or reputational losses that may arise from domain names that are not renewed on time being placed on hold (On-Hold), entering a penalty period (Redemption Period / Registrar Hold) or dropping and being registered by third parties.
- The Customer undertakes that the Whois identity and contact information provided during registration is current and accurate. Liability arising from the cancellation of a domain name due to incorrect or false Whois information rests solely with the Customer.
To protect server IP reputation and prevent emails from being blocked as spam by receiving servers, the following rules apply to email services:
- Hourly Sending Limit: To protect the server's overall IP reputation, shared web hosting and business email accounts are subject to a limit of 100 outgoing emails per account per hour.
- Bulk Sending Prohibition: Sending newsletters, advertisements, campaigns, announcements or unsolicited bulk email (mailing) from shared servers is strictly prohibited. For such bulk sending, using an external SMTP or a dedicated bulk email service is mandatory.
- Automatic Suspension: For accounts where excessive or suspicious email flow is detected, mail traffic may be temporarily stopped by our automation systems to protect server security and the IP reputation of other customers.
Pursuant to Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and related legislation:
- Commitment to Accurate Information: The Customer declares and undertakes that the first name, last name, Turkish ID No. / Tax ID No., billing address, phone and email information provided when registering on the VERUNIX website and placing orders is complete and true. If false, fake or misleading information is detected, VERUNIX has the right to suspend the service immediately.
- Legal Validity of Electronic Notification: All notices, invoices, contract updates, abuse warnings and legal notices sent by VERUNIX to the current email address registered in the Customer's Client Area are deemed to have been officially served on the Customer pursuant to Notification Law No. 7201 and related legislation. The Customer is obligated to promptly update any changes to their email address through the panel.
If the Customer violates the provisions of the agreement, VERUNIX has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally. Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from the application or interpretation of this agreement.
